Liberty Under God
September 11, 2001

Congress should
  • create an aggressive independent non-partisan commission to investigate 9/11
  • require Dick Cheney to testify under penalty of perjury (he won't)
  • fire all those who could have taken steps to prevent 9/11 but didn't, even if they were "just following orders."

The United States federal government gets no credit for "keeping America safe" on 9-11. The federal government failed in its most elementary constitutional function. The enemy was relatively unsophisticated. Do we really trust Washington D.C. to protect us against Communist China? The federal government has gone before China on hands and knees and borrowed over a trillion dollars, just so they can continue buying votes in the next election. "The borrower is the slave of the lender."

Everybody is a "conspiracy theorist" on 9-11. Some people believe the only conspirators were Islamic jihadists.

Kevin Craig believes that the 9/11 terrorist attacks could have been prevented, but rogue federal employees, including Vice President Richard B. "Dick" Cheney, took deliberate steps to allow them to happen -- to serve as a pretext for U.S. military intervention in the middle east.

Is it possible for an intelligent and rational person to believe that
  • there could have been individuals within the U.S. Federal Government
  • in sufficient numbers and with sufficient authority
  • to intentionally implement policies which would knowingly permit thousands of Americans to be killed
  • even though these deaths could have been avoided
  • to protect what these highly-placed individuals would call "U.S. interests?"

The answer, of course, is "yes." This is a description of the Normandy Invasion.

Today's question is: Is this also a description of what happened on 9/11/2001?

The United States Federal Government helped create Osama bin Laden, by aiding the "freedom fighters" who were resisting the invasion of the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union was able to invade Afghanistan because the United States Federal Government helped build the largest truck factory in the world for the Soviets on the Kama River, which built the troop carriers that invaded Afghanistan on a superhighway from the U.S.S.R. through the mountains into Afghanistan -- also built with U.S. tax dollars. • Why did the Bush Administration oppose an inquiry into the causes of 9-11? If your house had been burned to the ground by arson, wouldn't you want to know who did it? Wouldn't your insurance company want to know? What is the purpose of Government if not to investigate and prosecute criminals?

  • 9/11 Timeline

    • NORAD and FAA knew of the multiple hijackings in progress by 8:25 am. Bush and Cheney agreed on issuing a shoot-down order against two planes still in attack mode after 9:05 am, when everyone in the country knew what the nature of the threat was. No such orders were conveyed to pilots or carried out if they were.
    • Standard hijack intercept procedures were not followed by NORAD or military ready-alert scrambler planes.
    • Virtually no defense of any kind was made inside the most restricted air space in the US, the P-56 area around DC and the Pentagon despite the presence of combat ready aircraft at local bases. Nor were other defense measures, including surface-to-air missiles at the White House and Pentagon deployed. There was a stand-down on 9/11.
    • Planes scrambled to intercept were sent long after the threat was known, so that they arrived too late to stop the attack. There were at least two cases of this: Otis AFB fighters who turned and targeted Flight 77 after reaching NYC too late, and Pomona NJ AFB combat planes on military exercises heading into NYC after 8:45 am, were called back to base or off the pursuit. There are additional indicators that many combat-ready planes and units were disarmed and called down shortly before 9/11. [John Judge]

  • The Cost of War in dollars
  • Human casualties -- 6,000 Americans have lost their lives over 19 terrorists who lost theirs.
  • "Enemy" Casualties -- who is "the enemy?" Perhaps one million human beings have unnecessarily lost their lives as a result of the U.S. military's response to 9-11.
