The ability to distinguish between what is good and what is
evil, in order to make wise decisions.
- The power or faculty of the mind, by which it

I understand why things happen. I see the deeper reasons, not
just symptoms.
My commitment to the truth enables me to see God's
cause-and-effect.
I give helpful advice without condemnation and put-down.
Because I am concerned for truth and accuracy, I ask questions
until all important factors are known.
Because I am concerned for people, I am alert to the root causes
of people's present problems.
I look inside myself and in my own past to discover
comparable problems, reviewing the steps taken to overcome
it.
I share these successful steps in the context of post-millennial
optimism and encouragement.
I am developing the God-given ability to understand why things
happen.
But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his
appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have refused
him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the
outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."
-- 1 Samuel 16:7
I am not afraid of being called "judgmental"
in a lawless and superficial culture.
And we know that all things work together for good to those
who love God, to those who are the called according to His
purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be
conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the
firstborn among many brethren.
-- Romans 8:28-29
Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that
thy profiting may appear to all. -- I Timothy 4:15
This isn't that New Age
