Impeachable Offenses
Article II Sec. 4 of the Constitution states that: "The President,
Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed
from Office on Impeachment for and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other
high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
War Crimes
International Law Professor Francis A. Boyle of the University of
Illinois, Urbana-Champaign says that waging a war of aggression is a crime
under the Nuremberg
Charter, Judgment and Principles. "It's very clear," he
adds, "if you read all the press reports, they are going to devastate
Baghdad, a metropolitan area of 5 million people. The Nuremberg Charter
clearly says the wanton devastation of a city is a Nuremberg war
crime."
"We sentenced Nazi leaders to death for waging a war of
aggression."

Treason
If America's Founding Fathers -- the men who signed the
Declaration of Independence and the Constitution -- could be transported
through time from 1776 to 2006, they would immediately begin overthrowing the
U.S. government. They would consider George W. Bush to be a more intolerable
tyrant than King George III. The federal government of today bears no meaningful
resemblance to the government they created or envisioned. George Bush and his
Republican "team" are guilty of treason and sedition against the
government created by America's Founding Fathers:
Treason,
U.S. Code, Title 18, Section 2381.
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States,
levies war against them or adheres to their enemies,
giving them aid and comfort within the United States
or elsewhere, is guilty of treason ... and shall be
incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Sedition,
U.S. Code, Title 18, Section 2384.
If two or more persons in any State or Territory,
or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the
United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to
destroy by force the Government of the United States,
or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the
authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or
delay the execution of any law of the United States,
or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of
the United States contrary to the authority thereof,
they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned
not more than twenty years, or both.
The Bush-Clinton regime is guilty of treason against the
United States of America. The first Bush openly admitted a plan to replace
the U.S. with a "New World Order."
Clinton placed his campaign's connections with the
communist Chinese government ahead of U.S. interests. Saddam Hussein of
Iraq, the mujahideen of Afghanistan, and other components of "the axis
of evil" have all received military support from the U.S. government.
9/11 could not have occurred without support from within the U.S.
government. A "Gulf of Tonkin"-type incident may well be in the
making to justify war with Iran.

All of this aids the enemies of the Constitution.
Abolishing the United States
George Bush entered into an agreement with
Mexican President Vicente Fox to abolish the United States by merging it and
Mexico into a "North
American Union" or some similarly-named entity. This incredible
charge is documented here:
http://STOPtheSPP.US
George Bush intends to use force, if necessary, to implement the SPP,
destroy the sovereignty of the United States, solidify the "unitary
executive" and its control over the Middle East, and merge the United
States and Mexico into a new political entity. Those who physically stand in
the way of the construction of the infrastructure of this new government
will feel the use of force against them.
