| We encourage
Farm Bureau to continue active support of 4-H, F.F.A. and other youth
programs to encourage youth to continue in agriculture. |

| We believe the
publicity of Farm Bureau-sponsored activities and programs for rural
youth should be more aggressively publicized. |

| We recommend
that Missouri Farm Bureau continue to sponsor youth programs designed
to increase the understanding of rural youth in our free enterprise
system, the responsibilities of citizenship and related areas. |
|
